Floor Properties
The Properties For: Floor dialog opens when the Floor Project Tree object´s pop-up menu is activated in the AECOsim Energy Simulator Project Tree and the Properties menu item is selected.
It contains controls used to set floors data such as the floor name and to change the referenced drawing used to design the floors in your project building. If the floor has a roof design on it, roof data is also included.

| Name | Used to enter a name for the floor. By default, the Name field displays the floor name as defined when referencing a floor plan drawing on the Add floor dialog box. |
| Drawing | Displays the path and file name of the DGN file that
was referenced in the
Add floor tool’s
workflow.
You can select a different drawing by clicking the browse button. This opens the Select drawing dialog box. |
| Model | If the referenced floor plan drawing is a DGN file, the DGN models contained therein are listed in the Model drop-down list. Select the DGN model to reference. |
| Level | Displays the floor elevation. |
| Roof | Displays roof information if a roof is present. Only floors that are setup with a roof can display roof information. |
